The "SoHappyStretching" app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Content
Our App allows you to access certain content, including exercises, videos, and other materials ("Content"). The Content is intended foinformational and educational purposes only. You are responsible for your use of the Content and should consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least [X days] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
